MUMBAI: Actor Aadesh Chaudhary who is known for his roles in web projects like Sabse Bada Rupaiya, Bhram, The H Files, and Chiita Ve, is now all set to be seen in an upcoming vertical drama titled Vidhata Ki Vaapsi. The series, inspired by a Chinese drama and centered on the theme of justice, explores the emotional bond between a father and daughter.
Talking about the project, Aadesh shares, “Vidhata Ki Vaapsi is a very interesting story inspired by a Chinese drama ‘The Blade of Lost
Justice’. It’s a vertical drama about a father and daughter, filled with emotion and action. The concept was unique, and that’s what attracted me the most.”
The series, directed by Darshan Raj, is a big-budget vertical format show that will be telecast on Quick TV. Speaking about the format, Aadesh says, “Vertical dramas are booming at their peak right now. I’m playing the main lead, and this character was very close to me. I didn’t find it difficult to portray because I could relate to it on many levels. For me, work is work — the medium doesn’t matter. I enjoy every bit of acting, whether it’s for TV, web, or digital.”
Sharing his shooting experience, Aadesh reveals, “We shot at real locations using heavy equipment. For one particular sequence, four heavy cranes were used — it was an amazing experience to film that scene.”
Each episode of Vidhata Ki Vaapsi will run for about 2–2.5 minutes, with the total duration of the series being approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes. On his upcoming plans, Aadesh adds, “I am also in talks for a new web show, and I’m really looking forward to exploring more diverse roles.”
With Vidhata Ki Vaapsi, Aadesh Chaudhary continues to prove that passion and dedication define a true actor — not the medium, but the message they bring alive on screen.
