Aditya Roy Kapur rues losing his anonymity post Aashiqui 2

It is only when you become famous you start realising the importance of being anonymous. Ask Aditya Roy Kapur. The handsome actor today finds it difficult to step out of his house as he gets mobbed when in public. And all this is what one can call the Aashiqui 2 effect. Talking about the good thing that happened to him post Aashiqui 2, Aditya says, "The good thing that happened after Aashiqui 2 is the movie itself. People started taking me seriously as an actor. It opened a lot of doors for me and I started receiving offers for good movies. Ask him about one bad thing that happened post Aashiqui 2, pat comes Aditya's reply. "The loss of my anonymity that was very dear to me is something that I feel is the worst thing to have happened. I can't step out and meet my friends like I could earlier." Career wise, Aditya started out in films playing second lead to mainstream actors before coming into his own as a lead actor. Now that he has tasted success as a male lead, Aditya doesn't seem to keen on accepting supporting roles. "I have been offered many such roles but as for now when I am getting to play the main lead in films that would be my priority for the moment." Apart from films, Aditya's personal life has also been under the scanner ever since rumours of his alleged relationship with Shraddha Kapoor broke out. For now, Aditya prefers to take these link up rumours with a pinch of salt and chooses not to react to them. "I just don't react when I read something written about me and Shraddha.
