Akshay Kumar shares a thank you note and reveals he has been hospitalised

The actor Akshay Kumar was tested positive earlier and today revealed that he has been hospitalised

MUMBAI: The cases of coronavirus is rapidly increasing all over, and the impact can be seen in Bollywood industry too, we see several celebs are getting tested positive by every passing days, and recently the name which got added in the list was Akshay Kumar and now today the actor announced that he has been hospitalised. 

On Monday morning, Akshay Kumar announced on social media that he has been hospitalised as a "precautionary measure." Read his post here.

“Thank you, everyone, for all your warm wishes and prayers, they seem to be working, I am doing fine, but as a precautionary measure under medical advice, I have been hospitalised. I hope to be back home soon. Take care," he wrote. 

On Sunday the actor shared a statement, revealing that he had caught the virus. "I wish to inform everyone that, earlier this morning, I have tested positive for COVID-19. Following all the protocols, I have immediately isolated myself," he wrote. Akshay Kumar recently began filming his new project Ram Setu.

Before Akshay Kumar actors like, Aamir Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, were tested positive for covid.

Well we do wish for the speedy recovery of the actor. 

On the work front, apart from Ram Setu, the actor will be next seen in much awaited cop thriller Sooryavanshi, Bell Bottom, Prithviraj, Atrangi Re, Raksha Bandhan, Bachchan Panday.
