MUMBAI: Sushant Singh Rajput’s former girlfriend Ankita Lokhande has been standing firmly with Sushant’s family in the fight for justice for the late actor. Recently, in an interview, Rhea Chakraborty hit out at Ankita Lokhande questioning why Ankita was pretending to be Sushant’s ‘vidhwa’ and also claimed that the late actor was paying for the flat she was living in. Now, unfazed by the negativity around her, Ankita Lokhande has shared a beautiful, positive message about the ‘power of women’ along with some stunning snaps.
Ankita Lokhande took to her Instagram and shared a series of gorgeous snaps of her in a beautiful pink saree. She can be seen smiling in all of those, and in her caption, she wrote, “Ladkiya choti choti baaton per ro deti hai, Per life ki badi se badi mushkil haste haste Handle kar leti hai #powerofwomen (girls cry over petty things but handle the biggest problems with a smile)." She accessorized her look with beautiful golden jhumkas, and looked radiant in the pictures.
Sushant and Ankita Lokhande were co-actors on the television show Pavitra Rishta and the two had been in a relationship for 6 years before they called it quits in 2016.

While speaking to CNN News 18, Rhea said, “She (Ankita) claims that she had not spoken to Sushant in four years. She was staying in his flat. She showed the picture of one part that she paid for. She paid Rs 1 crores, the rest Rs. 3-4 crore is Sushant's money.” She also added, “She has conveniently been treating herself as his widow while she is engaged to a man who was Sushant and her friend while they dated. There is a photo of Sushant with the man as well.”
Ankita Lokhande had shared her statement on social media clearing the allegations that were leveled at her.
