MUMBAI: Anurag Kashyap and Kangana Ranaut’s war of words have attracted a lot of attention of late. Although the director and the actress shared a great camaraderie in the past, things seem to have gotten bitter with passing time.

A twitter user tagged the filmmaker and pointed out to him how the actress had defended him after his film, ‘Bombay Velvet’ tanked at the box-office. The caption of the post read, ‘This is how #KanganaRanaut defended you @anuragkashyap72 after Bombay Velvet's failure. But you were digging her 9-10 year old videos to prove her wrong. @KanganaTeam @KanganaDaily’
Replying to the post, Anurag agreed to the fact that Kangana indeed stood by him. He also lashed out at the people and told them that he is not her enemy.
