Eminent actor and social commentator, Anupam Kher yesterday, expressed his disappointment at Arvind Kejriwal's resignation and the continuing flip flops of the Aam Aadmi Party.
Anupam, who is often seen on national television participating in debates, didn't exactly mince words while talking about Arvind Kejriwal and Aam Aadmi Party.
Replying to our question on what he thought about the political turmoil brewing in the national capital, Anupam said, “I feel that his movement of India Against Corruption which galvanised the country was a big thing but after attaining power in Delhi, I feel he should have ran the government for five years and then tried for Loksabha. They have somehow sidelined themselves from their prime area of focus. I don’t want to use the word 'greed' but they have not been able to fulfill all those promises made to the common people. Out of the 49 days they were in power, most of the time they used to appear on TV. I wonder when they actually worked. Even now they are seen on television for most time. I feel Arvind and AAP needs to work more than talk.”
Wonder what Arvind thinks about Anupam’s advice.
