MUMBAI: Bollywood has seen several stars and movies over time, and we have seen several movies made on different subjects till today but we hardly see similar subjects or similar stories we see in the name of remakes or reboot.

But did you know there are few coincidences that many of us were unaware till today?

Here are few weird Bollywood coincidences:

1.Shahid Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao

Did you know, one of the weird coincidences is that Shahid Kapoor had done a movie named Rajkumar in the year 2013, and on the other Rajkumar Rao had done a movie named Shahid in the year 2012.

2.Kareena Kapoor and Bobby Deol

Kareena Kapoor has made her strong mark in Bollywood over the years now but did you know, the actress did 2 movies of the same title, Talaash: the hunt begins in the year 2003 with Akshay Kumar and another Talaash in the year 2012 with Aamir Khan. Also, we have seen Bobby Deol 2 movies with the same title Barsaat, Barsaat in the year 1995 was his debut movie with Twinkle Khanna, and Barsat in the year 2005 with Bipasha Basu and Priyanka Chopra.

3. SRK’s bodyguard

Ravi, who was Superstar SRK’s bodyguard, played a loyal havaldar in the then arch-rival Salman Khan's blockbuster movie, Dabangg.

4. Sonu Sood and Sonu Nigam

Another coincidence is that Sonu Soodnly share their first names but also shares their date of birth, July 30th

5. SRK and Amitabh Bachchan’s Bungalow

Amitabh Bachchan's iconic Juhu property, Jalsa, was originally supposed to be called Mansa. However, because of Vaastu, the bungalow was renamed Jalsa, the same reason why SRK's dream house also became Mannat from Jannat.

6.  Dharma Productions

The same Production house making movies on the same title is a very rare thing we see in any film industry, but Dharma productions have done that not once, but twice! The original Agneepath was first released in 1990 starring Amitabh Bachchan, while in 2012, the newer version starring Hrithik Roshan was also produced by Dharma productions. The same is the case with Dostana starring Amitabh Bachchan and Shatrughan Sinha in 1980 and John Abraham-Abhishek Bachchan in 2008.

Well, these were few weird Coincidences we have come across in Bollywood, which many were unaware of.
