MUMBAI: Saif Ali Khan turned 50 on August 16, 2020. The actor celebrated his Birthday with his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan at his side along with his kids and other family members of the Pataudi clan. As the Tanhaji actor reached the wisdom age, Saif revealed that he calls this phase as 'the sweet spot' or 'the magic hour' of his life. While speaking to the media, Saif also mentioned that he is past the petty stuff and he is yet to develop intestinal issues related to age. However, as he speaks about him turning 50, he even shared some of his advice for the people on crossing half a century.
"At this stage, I have acquired much more patience and understanding about life. I am in, what I would like to call, the 'sweet spot’ or 'the magic hour’ of my life. That bit of the struggle is now over and the problems of old age haven’t surfaced yet. Basically, you’re past the petty stuff and you’ve yet developed intestinal issues related to age," Saif told the tabloid. Then speaking about the advice, he gave out a few that might help a lot of people who are going to turn 50 or have crossed the age already. He said, "Don’t pump weights according to how much someone else is pushing. What works for one can injure another. Always consult a trainer for weight training."

He further quipped, "Avoid fad diets that eliminate carbs or sugar entirely. If you eat correctly, it’s good for your mind, keeps you energised, positive and happy. Try to do everything in moderation and constantly listen to your body. Focus on being positive and be proud of what is most unique about you."
On the professional front, after collecting praises for Jawaani Jaaneman and Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, Saif will be next in another web series, Dilli and Adipurush alongside Baahubali star Prabhas.
