MUMBAI: There has been a list of stars who have received death threats for the weirdest reasons. It is not an unknown fact that many are obsessed with stars and reportedly have also troubled them in the past. There have been many celebrities who have received death scares which may sound bizarre.

When her film Padmaavat was released which was directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the actress received death threats from Karni sena. The Rajput group reportedly threatened to behead and chop the nose of the actress.

The actor was once disturbed by an incident when a persistent stalker decided to harm his then-girlfriend, Natasha Dalal. The actor reportedly revealed details about the same to the police station.

After the demise of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, Salman Khan has been receiving death threats to date from the Bishnoi gang. The security outside Salman's home has been beefed up, but he has always been on the radar of gangsters.

Reportedly, the star had received a death scare from gangster Ravi Pujari. The threat came from the decision that Akshay had made related to the dismissal of his house help.

The Jawan actor reportedly faced death threats, and pressure when he was about to do Muttiah Muralitharan's biopic. Vijay reportedly exited the biopic based on the Sri Lankan cricketer because of these reasons.
