MUMBAI: Kalki 2898 AD trailer has been finally released and fans are showering love for it. Well, the trailer promises to be quite grand and the makers have done an exceptional job. Director Nag Ashwin starrer Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan and Disha Patani’s characters in the trailer will win your hearts.
The trailer revealed Ashwin loosely reimagined Mahabharat and it is a visual treat for all the fans. The trailer opened with fans getting to know about Kaashi, a distant land on top of a mountain. Well, people from far-off lands try their level best to make their way to the top in order to get aid from the King, played by Saswata Chatterjee.
Well, as the trailer starts we see Deepika Padukone's character who is carrying a child that is going to change the future and will pave the way for a new Yug. She is pregnant in the film and presumes that the King of Kailash is aware of the threat and keeps an eye on Deepika’s character.
Well, Deepika's character was shown pregnant in Brahmastra and she is shown carrying a baby in her belly in Kalki 2898 AD. She had a connection with Ranbir's character and now she has a connection with Bhairava, who seems to be in the future.
Later, in the trailer, Prabhas’ Bhairava is shown hunting and flaunts his unbeatable track record. It is shown that his character will bring the soon-to-be mother. He is not aware that Ashwatthama will be helping Deepika’s character. Will Bhairava reach Deepika's character before Kamal Haasan and Amitabh Bachchan's character? The makers also gave a glimpse of Kamal Haasan's character. Will Deepika's character get help from Kamal Haasan and Amitabh Bachchan's character?
Kalki 2898 AD is set to release on June 27, 2024.
