MUMBAI: The chatter inside trade circles has turned into a full-blown roar. Ranveer Singh is heading toward the strongest opening of his career with Jio Studios and B62 Studios' Dhurandhar. The signs are impossible to ignore, from packed advance bookings to climbing footfalls in national chains,and a wave of excitement that hasn’t been seen around an action thriller in a long time.
Trade insiders are calling it “the cleanest pre-release momentum Ranveer has enjoyed since Padmaavat” with several premium formats already nearing capacity for Day 1. What’s adding fuel is the scale of the film itself Aditya Dhar’s signature world-building, heavy-duty action design, and a cast stuffed with names that command attention -- Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal along with Sara Arjun.
