MUMBAI: Actress Afreen Rahat who was seen in the movie Kaale Chitte Rang as the younger sibling in the movie was loved by the fans, the movie which spoke about the colour discrimination between two sisters and how her life changed completely was released in the month of February 2021.

Team TellyChakkar got an exclusive chance to speak with the actress Afreen Rahat with regards to her movie Kaale Chitte Rang getting selected for international film festival, where the actress expressed her excitement with regards to this achievement for her movie. The actress revealed that yes it was quite a challenging thing to portray her character in such a intense movie which has a lot of responsibility to deliver some amazing message to the society.

Talking about her character the actress revealed that the story dsals with two sisters, one who is dark and one who is fair, and she plays the younger sister who is the fair one. In spite of being loved and chosen by everyone how her life drastically changes is something amazing to see the actress revealed.

The actress says this movie which deals with colour discrimination is very much important and is need of the time, stories like this is very important to be told, to overcome these differentiation.
