Harshvardhan Rane tests positive for COVID-19

MUMBAI: Actor Harshvardhan Rane has taken to social media to update his fans that he has tested positive for COVID-19. He shared a long note on his Twitter handle. The actor was informed that he had a fever and stomach ache, so he decided to go to the hospital to get an opinion.

Harshvardhan’s note read, “Hi lovely people, so i had fever and stomach ache, and went to a hospital to get an opinion. They said it's mostly viral fever as lungs are super healthy and have no other symptoms, and performed a routine covid test just to rule it out. My aarogya setu app now says I am Covid positive! Okay then, guess it's 10 days of isolation from here on. Had some good news for you guys but guess it will have to wait for 10 more days! So see you on the other side with some great news, and good health!!! ps- please don't worry and please please don't send me 'whatsapp university' remedies 471 Just send your love to the TAISH team.” Along with this note, he wrote, “Tested Corona Positive.” Have a look:

Soon after he informed fans about his diagnosis, his ‘Paltan’ co-star Sonu Sood was quick to wish him a speedy recovery. Sonu wrote, “Corona की ऐसी की तैसी भाई” Have a look:

Even his fans dropped ‘get well soon’ comments on his post. One of the fans wrote, “Get well soon and yes take some immunity booster or ayurvedic intake..like triphala arka... and triphala arka,you can ask about this to your ganny,and for sure this knowledge is not from WhatsApp university..” while another user wrote, “Get well soon sirji...you are a fighter in real life like you were in Paltan & Left Right Left. Things will change for good. Praying for your speedy recovery.”

Meanwhile, Harshvardhan got featured in ‘India’s Most Desirable Men’ list recently. He got featured along with his next co-stars Pulkit Samrat and Jim Sarbh.
