MUMBAI : Father-son duo David Dhawan and Varun Dhawan will come back with their new movie titled ‘Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hai’. Last time, we saw the father-son duo coming together for Coolie No. 1 where other than Varun Dhawan we also got to watch Sara Ali Khan, Shikha Talsania, Rajpal Yadav, aresh Rawal, and Johnny Lever.
Talking about ‘Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hai’, earlier it was reported that the makers have roped in Mrunal Thakur and Sreeleela as female leads. This has surely sparked a lot of curiosity amongst the fans but it seems that there might be slight changes in plan as according to reports, Sreeleela has walked out due to schedule timings not matching and Pooja Hegde has replaced her.

Pooja Hegde was last seen in the 2023 movie Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan starring Salman Khan. There is a huge anticipation for this Varun Dhawan movie. Also, the actor will be seen in ‘Baby John’, produced by the Jawan director Atlee. In November this year, we will get to see him in the Amazon Prime series ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’ where he will be paired opposite Samantha. The series will be directed by Raj & DK and produced by the Russo Brothers. This series will be a part of a bigger Citadel Spy Universe.
Varun Dhawan will also be seen in Bhediya 2, an upcoming movie from the Maddock Horror-comedy universe. It’ll be interesting to see how these projects pan out.
