Honey Singh is not a part of Happy New Year's soundtrack, says a 'happy' Shekhar Ravjiani

Shekhar Ravjiani
Music duo Vishal and Shekhar seems to be beaming at the prospect of having seen Honey Singh's back this time around for Happy New Year. The controversial singer's presence in Chennai Express last year had created enough bad blood between both parties. Vishal, the hotheaded one between the two, had blasted Honey Singh on Twitter. "It's hilarious and pathetic, how desperately this tacky rape-rapper is trying to ride on the fame of @iamsrk and #Chennai Express. Poor guy," wrote Vishal on his Twitter then. Looks like this time around Vishal and Shekhar have clinched victory by keeping Honey Singh away from Happy New Year, atleast for now. When we asked Shekhar yesterday if Honey Singh is a part of Happy New Year, pat came his reply. "The soundtrack's ready. The mixing and other things have been completed but Honey Singh is not a part of it," said Shekhar with a beaming smile occupying his face. When asked if the smile is the result of happiness emanating from Honey's non- presence, Shekar smiled again and repeated, "Yes, he is not a part of it." While Vishal and Shekhar may be rejoicing at the prospect of being the solo music directors this time around, one can never know if SRK would pull a bunny (read Honey) out of his hat at the eleventh hour like he did in Chennai Express. After all, Honey Singh is a part of SRK's Slam tour while Vishal and Shekhar are not.
