Tripta Pareshar who was part of the ill-fated Rang Rasiya along with Randeep Hooda has finally got her day at the box office. Her film Bloody Isshq along with TV actor Shilpa Anand released yesterday (2 March 2013).
Talking about her character she says, “Natasha is a very violent, aggressive and dominating gal. She is larger than life unlike normal girls.”
Tripta who has done a number of action scenes really enjoyed doing the same in this movie.
“I did all my stunts personally. I loved the opening scene where my character jumps from a speeding car on to a bike at a point where the road is coming to end.”
Here Tripta created some kind of ruffles by saying, “that she was more adventurous and macho during stunt scenes than her co-star Akash who is also the producer’s son”.
“Not me everyone on sets also thought so. I was more gung-ho to do all action scenes.”
When asked if she believes as per the title that love is bloody, she says, “No, it is a very sweet emotion but just that when certain equations begin on a wrong note as they do in our film then things are destined to be doomed.”
Tripta who has got one more film up her sleeve says that, “she is a bit worried that Bloody Ishq may suffer on causes of less promotion and lack of big names.”
“Having said that our romantic thriller will sail on account of great script and solid performances. We also have great music and rocking choreography.”
With the success of Murder 3 and Jannat 2, Tripta is hopeful that the market will finally find interest in Rang Rasiya and this Ketan Mehta film where she plays a Keralite princess will finally see the light of day.
“Randeep has really grown as an actor over the years. He was really good in the above film.”
Tripta who is a model till now has not got roles where she has got an ultra glamorous image. In Rang Rasiya she played the wife and even here the story does not give space for boldness aka Mahesh Bhatt style, “but yes you will see the X factor,” ends she.
