Inder Kumar rape case: Medical report confirms rape and torture

Inder Kumar will now have to prepare himself for a long legal battle ahead. The medical report of the rape victim reportedly indicates rape and brutality that the girl suffered allegedly at the hands of Inder. The report also points out to brutality and torture inflicted on the girl. The Versova police received the medical report yesterday. The police were quoted saying, "There are signs of cigarette burn marks on shoulder and neck, bite marks on her arms and marks of her being stabbed with a sharp object like fork. Further, the girl also has injuries sustained from beer bottle beatings." Inder, though has denied all the charges levelled against him and has claimed that the entire sexual act was consensual and he had never tortured the girl nor kept her captive. Inder's wife who spoke to us first, too stood by her husband's side and insisted that the girl was never ever abused. But with medical reports confirming both rape and torture, police sources say that the case against Inder Kumar has just got strong. The actor is currently remanded to judicial custody and will be applying for bail during his next hearing.
