MUMBAI: Actress Sarika Singh who was seen in Bombay Velvet, Jagga Jasoos, OK jaanu, Sacred games season 2 has played a   Sanjay Mishra's daughter's role in Kaamyaab .

On sharing about her role, "My Role in the film deals with a very human issue. It talks about existential crisis and accepting loved ones for who they are and not for who we want them to be. And the premise to portray this, is a relationship between a yesteryear side actor and his daughter who is not so happy with his father’s choices in life.It looked like a simple character at first but, as we started preparing for it there were many layers and complexes that showed up."

On sharing working with Sanjay Mishra, "Sanjay sir was a great support to me in this film both on screen and off screen.I learnt so much from him in those few days... He was so invested in his potrayal as Sudheer, that it really inspired me. It's really rare to see an actor  "Be one with his character"

Hardik & Sanjay sir had so many life anecdotes to share from their own space and from their experiences within the industry, that everytime I had a scene to do I had a kissa to go with... ! Isiliye! "Har kisse ke hisse" hain hum, fits here perfectly."

Kaamyaab is directed by Hardik Mehta and produced by Shah Rukh Khan's red chilli entertainment. Further she will be seen in Ram Prasad ki tervi and has a few web shows in her kitty.
