Fans of Sunny Deol were waiting for Apne 2 but before that, Sunny Deol announced Jaat. The first look of Jaat was enough to create high anticipation. The Gopichand Malineni directorial trailer connected perfectly with the audience as it conveyed the action, the aggression and the emotions very well to the audience.
The movie has been getting a lot of praise for its action. It is doing well even at the box office where it has even earned a total of Rs 82.75 Cr worldwide gross. However, the movie got into a slight trouble due to a scene in the movie.
There’s a scene where Randeep Hooda is seen posing before a cross in a church and kills people inside. Well, makers had no intention of hurting any religious sentiments and so, they have released an official statement that says, “There has been a backlash for a specific scene in the film. The scene has been removed from the film with immediate effect.
Our intention was not to hurt any religious sentiments. We deeply regret it and have taken a quick action of deleting the scene from the film.
We sincerely apologize to everyone whose beliefs have been hurt.”
Nevertheless, the movie has had a successful journey and will continue to have it.
