Kareena Kapoor Khan and Shahid Kapoor’s film has been shot in the train. They are seen meeting with their IRCTC train ticket on the train and continuing with their journey. The story of Jab We Met would not have been possible if they had not met on the train.
Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge
Shah Rukh Khan-Kajol's film DDLJ was released in 1995 and ever since the film got released it is known for its train scenes. The last part of the film where Simran runs towards Raj after bauji permits by saying, "Ja Simran ja jee leh apni zindagi", speaks about liberation.
Coolie
Big B's film is based on Railways and also had the late actor Rishi Kapoor and Waheeda Rehman.
Chennai Express
Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone’s comedy film and a strong reference to train. From the start of the film, you can see both of them meeting in a train compartment and continuing with their journey. The film has been shot in South India and you can see the train going through different bridges.
Dil Se
Shah Rukh Khan's iconic song Chaiyya Chaiyya from Dil Se had Malaika Arora and him dancing on the roof of the train, moving through tunnels.
