John Abraham titles his next film "Banana"

In the days of the so-called creative and colloquial Bollywood film titles like Revolver Rani, Rambo Rajkumar, Fukrey and Kuku Mathur Ki Jhand Ho Gayi, John Abraham has gone a step ahead and titled his next Banana. Detailing the film John disclosed, “Banana is a film about adolescence to teenage. It's about a young boy and how he deals with the new adventures in his life. It's a slice-of-life kind of a film and is a very real one." "I am sure the target audience of this film is from the youngsters to all the old people out there because everyone will reminisce what they've gone through. It's a very special project, that will feature an absolutely new cast," he said. Banana, to be directed by Sajid Ali is slated to go on floors in October (2013). Incidentally, John debuted as a film producer with Vicky Donor that released last year and won several awards. He is currently working on his second production Madras Cafe which is also being directed by Shoojit Sircar. The actor-producer has also announced that he is mulling to make a reality film Hamara Bajaj with most of the cast and crew of Vicky Donor.
