MUMBAI: The makers of Kalki 2898 AD hosted a lavish pre-release event in Mumbai on Wednesday, and Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kamal Haasan attended. Kalki 2898 AD is one of the most anticipated films of 2024. The movie's cast was seen responding to questions posed by actor-host Rana Daggubati. Prabhas talked about his collaborations with Kamal Haasan and Amitabh Bachchan.

Recalling a past meet, Prabhas stepped to touch Amitabh Bachchan's feet but the actor refused. When Bachchan interrupted Prabhas to say that Big B never lets him touch his feet, Bachchan responded that they do touch each other's feet.
Big B mentioned that Prabhas had forbidden him from touching his feet, at which the crows laughed. With a quick reaction, Rana tried to save Prabhas. He said that although Prabhas is a powerful movie character and his friend, he is extremely introverted and sweet. Big B questioned what was wrong in touching his feet.

Prabhas went on to say that he thanked Dutta Garu and Nagi Garu for allowing him to collaborate with such legendary figures. He claimed to be the first actor in the nation to perform in every part of the country, and he has grown up watching Big B.
Prabhas even claimed that he told his mother he wanted Kamal Haasan's outfits after seeing Saagar. He and his cousin used to try to act him out by stuffing clothes into their tummies.
On June 27, Nag Ashwin's film Kalki 2898 AD, which is produced by Vyjyanthimovies, will be released in theatres.
