Kalki Koechlin paired opposite Saif Ali Khan

Kalki Koechlin recently wowed masses with her performance in the role of Aditi in the Ranbir Kapoor - Deepika Padukone starrer Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani (YJHD). The actress is doing everything possible to gain astronomical heights. We now hear that the bubbly actress has been signed to play the female lead by Saif Ali Khan's Illuminati Films. The forthcoming film, to be produced by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK, would have Saif playing the male lead opposite Kalki. Incidentally, the producers’ recent film Go Goa Gone did catch the public eye as India’s first zombie thriller. As per our source, the makers were quite impressed by Kalki's recent performances. Hence they approached her to be a part of the project. As far as Kalki is concerned, the actress was seemingly bowled over by the film's script and gave a nod immediately Sources reveal that the film's shooting has already begun. The team is presently busy filming at different locations in Los Angeles. Besides this film, Kalki is also looking forward to a couple of other projects that are still in the pre-production stage.
