MUMBAI: In 2008, Kareena Kapoor Khan made our jaws drop when she turned size zero for her movie Tashan. Years later, she went through a major transformation again after her pregnancy.
Kareena shared the process of her post-pregnancy weight loss while talking to a leading media portal. Kareena said that she was never bothered about the weight she had gained during pregnancy. She believes it was but natural for her to put on weight. She also remembers how people used to taunt her for the weight gain, but it never bothered her, as she knew she would lose the weight. Her trainer Namrita Purohit also helped her in the process. She created the perfect workout regime for her.
Kareena also shared that she was not affected when people had said that she lost weight for Tashan by starving herself. She said that she ate food in the right proportions, and her nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar helped her in sorting out her diet.
Kareena is a self-confessed foodie and sometimes finds it is difficult to choose between Taimur, Saif, and food. Her meals are very basic, for example, doodhi sabzi, karela subzi, one roti, and a bowl of rice. Dinner is different versions of soups. However, the stunning actress says that this doesn’t mean she deprive myself of things she loves.
