Katrina to join Saif in Beirut to shoot for Kabir Khan's next from today

It’s a classic case of jumping the gun. Reports that Katrina Kaif have joined Ranbir Kapoor for a holiday abroad are not only false but also damaging to the very professional actress’ reputation. Says a friend of Katrina’s, “This image of a love-struck kitten who follows her loved one everywhere he goes is just not Katrina. She truly resents the attempt to make her appear like a love-lorn Radha chasing her Krishna.” Shooting down reports that she was holidaying with Ranbir the friend says, “Katrina has just completed one of her toughest roles in Dhoom 3. She is now getting ready for another big challenge. Kabir Khan’s new film has her playing a role that would demand high-velocity stunts from her. She would have to train along with Saif for the action scenes in Beirut.” Katrina leaves for Beirut today, 19 October to start shooting from the next day. Kabir Khan who has shot earlier in Afghanistan has again selected a rugged volatile location. Producer Sajid Nadiadwala who is recuperating from a lower-back injury would also be joining Saif and Katrina and Kabir Khan in Beirut. Incidentally Katrina is Sajid Nadiadwala’s rakhi-sister from the time when she was in a relationship with his best friend Salman. This is the first time he would be working with Katrina.
