MUMBAI: International and the world famous Director Kumar Raj's "Tara" has till date received more than 295 International selections and 195 awards.

Not just the movie, but the songs too have garnered a lot of praises and appreciation by the viewers. The song  'Haiyaa Re' which is sung by Prakash Prabhakar and Smita have crossed over 64 million views , music is also by Prakash Prabhakar. The music of the film Tara was released by Mr Bushan Kunars  T-series music co .

Songs like Haiyaa Re, Ishwara, Sajana Re, Khot Kapat which are also sung by Prakash Prabhakar and the most acknowledged song Chipkali from the movie Tara is sung by none other than the music sensation Sunidhi Chauhan. The lyrics of these bewildering songs are written by Tanveer Ghazi who is now known for his amazing work in Bollywood for movies like Pink, Thappad, Bhaghi 3, Angrezi Medium etc ..

There is one more very popular Song in the film Tara  “ Pardesi Raja “  Singer is Mudhushree Bhattacharya, Music by Siddhart Kasyap & Lyrics by Devmani Pandey

Along with this another feather to the cap for the film music  is that the actress Rekha Rana has also sung a song herself called “ Ishwara “from her movie Tara which is also being  appreciated  by the audience world wide , she has received 40 international awards as best actress for film Tara .
