The handsome heartthrob of Bollywood is known to own many expensive and lavish properties and one of them is a sprawling apartment in Pune’s Trump Towers. Ranbir has leased out the property on the 10th floor that he owns for Rs 4 Lakhs pm for a year which will increase to Rs 4.2 lakhs in the second year and Rs 4.41 Lakhs in the subsequent year.
Ranbir, who recently returned from an eventful and restful vacation in New York, USA with his actress wife Alia Bhatt has leased out the property for a period of three years.
The carpet area of the Pune property is a whopping 6094 sq ft and the tenant has paid a security deposit of Rs 24 lakh.
Located at Pune’s Kalyani Nagar, Trump Towers has 46 luxurious 5-BHK apartments and offers breathtaking views of the Aga Khan Palace and Joggers' Park.
