MUMBAI : Model Ishita Gupta is rightly the Queen of Hearts as the Gen Z supermodel and designer has taken the world by storm. Born on 10 October 2000 (23 years old) in Ludhiana, India, to an aristocratic family of doctors, Ishita moved to Kolkata where her family runs healthcare centres in and around Ohio in the USA. Her sister, Broti, is infact a writer for the popular American sitcom, The Simpsons. She studied at the Manava Bharti India International School in Delhi till her O levels and then enrolled at the Calcutta International School to complete her AS and A2 levels. Ishita later pursued her under graduate studies in mass communication at Symbiosis Centre for Media and Communication in Pune and now is in London pursuing her MA in Fine Arts from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts headed by Doctor Strange aka Benedict Cumberbatch.
If we take you back to the historic coronation of King Charles III it is noteworthy to know that she was seen attending the same. on 6th May at Westminster Abbey and saw the esteemed attendance of the royals, and many other notable figures from around the world like the representatives of the Commonwealth realms, the King and the Queen of Eswatini, the amir of Qatar and his wife, the King and the Queen of Thailand, Former PM Boris Johnson and his wife Carrie Johnson, and the UK Prime Minister.
Soon after Ishita was seen attending a dinner invite at the House of Lords where she look stunning in a baby pink pantsuit where she was seen mingling with notable personalities from various cultures and industries. Model Ishita Reha Gupta’s journey to fame started with the movie “It Happened That Night,” where she played the character of Ayesha. Her appearances on the cover of magazines like Glamour and Grazia has established her as a top supermodel in the industry. Ishita even owns the high end luxury fashion brand ISIVIS London which has seen popularity amongst British women after two successful pop ups at London’s Liberty. She even owns the wellness brand Iygieia London and is working on curating the jewellery brand House of Isya. She infamously rents a lavish one bedroom apartment from the Grosvenor Group headed by the Duke of Westminster, Hugh Grosvenor who owns most of Mayfair and Parklane.
Lately Ishita was seen gracing the Royal Windsor Horse Show which was attended by England’s King Charles III and Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain, Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa as well as His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, The King of Bahrain.
