During her initial days in the industry, Katrina had rented several places including the Silver Sands apartment on Carter Road with ex-boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor. However, after their breakup in early 2016, she stayed back in the same flat and paid Rs 15 lakh per month as rent. Later, she shifted to her current penthouse in Bandra.

Despite investing in real estate, the actor is currently living in a rented apartment in Juhu since June 2020. The sea-facing property is right next to Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna’s house. As per reports, his abode costs him a rent of a whopping Rs 8.25 lakh per month.
