MUMBAI: Mandira Bedi lost her husband Raj Kaushal a month ago. He died due to cardiac arrest in June this year. The actress has been coping with the loss with the support of her family and friends. She also got back to her workout routine a few days after the death of her husband.

Now, after a month, Mandira Bedi is back to work. She shared a new Instagram story, wherein she is getting ready for a shoot. Alongside, she wrote, “Today is the first day of the rest of my life' and 'Begin again'. These are the quotes that she has been using of late to indicate how she is restarting her life all over again after the huge loss.” She also shared a post with the caption, "Back to work." Several fans and followers of hers wished her luck for the fresh start.
During the tough time, the actress found solace and comfort in her family. She had shared a post with her parents and kids last month with the caption, "Only Love. #Grateful for my #Family and all the love, support and kindness #gratitude #love #thanks." In spite of the irreparable loss she has suffered, she celebrated her daughter's birthday and posted a loving note which read, "28th July! One year today since you came into our lives, sweet sweet Tara.. And so we celebrate you today...it’s your 5th birthday, my baby. I love you so much #beginagain."
