No compromise on what I am doing just to work with the Khans - Vidya Balan

While it's every actress's dream to work with the three Khans of Bollywood, Vidya Balan seems to be in no tearaway hurry. The supremely talented actress who has won multiple awards for her powerhouse performances in Kahaani and The Dirty Picture, has till now preferred to stay away from the Khan camp, choosing to deliver hits on her own strength and merit. And from the looks of it, Vidya plans to stick to the same game plan. When we asked her on any plans of collaborating with the Khans, Vidya said, "I would like to work with the Khans only if I get a script that justifies my presence along with the Khans. I have never desired to work with any specific actor, director or producer. I have always chosen to work with scripts rather than actors.” Elaborating on how she wouldn't compromise on her work ethics and principles just to be with a Khan in any movie, Vidya explained, "I am always particular about my role in the film. I am always focused on what I have to offer in the film. That is what matters to me the most. So if there is a film which justifies my presence equally with the Khans, only then will take up the project. Else, I won’t compromise on what I am doing just to work with someone." Well, we admire you for sticking to your principles, Vidya. That's what sets you apart from the usual film crowd.
