An extremely unique marketing strategy has been adopted by the makers of Dhoom and Aamir Khan. For the first ever, YRF will not be holding a preview of the movie. Sources say that this decision has been taken to maintain integrity of the movie.
A source close to YRF says that the makers of the movie want to maintain the mystery around the flick. "That is why only 30 sec teasers were out not the entire song or clips. A preview or a special screening will give out the curiosity of the movie," says the source.
The movie will also not have any screening even for the cast and crew, which is the usual trend. Each and everyone will only be able to watch the movie after its release.
A spokesperson YRF confirms: "No previews are been organised at all.”
Let's wait and watch if this strategy will succeed or backfire.
