MUMBAI: Payal Ghosh, who has filed an FIR against filmmaker Anurag Kashyap of sexual misconduct, was recently summoned by the Versova Police and was even asked to undergo a medical test at the Cooper Hospital on Friday.
Taking to social media, the 'Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi' has now requested PM Narendra Modi and Minister of Home Affairs Amit Shah for justice. Payal tweeted, "I have put down a case against a culprit who even others are convicted of similar acts and I am the one who is grilled and questioned. While the alleged and the guilty is chilling at his home. Will I get justice sir @natendramodi @PMOIndia @AmitShah #MeToo"

Payal's lawyer Nitin Satpute had said, 'The written complaint that has been lodged is for the offense of rape, wrongful restrain, wrongful confinement, and outraging the modesty of women under sections 376, 354, 341, and 341.'
Talking about the next step in the case, Satpute told IANS that they want the police to arrest Kashyap. "Our priority is to get Kashyap arrested, because the offense is non-bailable. We have lodged FIR and we have not received any response from Kashyap. We do not want any response but we want the police to arrest him," he added.
