The latest is that international rapper Pitbull would also burn the stage with a power packed performance on the same day.
Pitbull, known for hits like M.I.M.A.I., Armando and Planet pit, is also said to be excited about performing in Kolkata. "When Pitbull was told that he is being invited to perform at the opening ceremony of IPL and SRK would also be performing as well, he agreed to come within minutes," a source said.
This year’s IPL edition will have nine teams like Delhi Daredevils, Kolkata Knight Riders, Mumbai Indians, Chennai Super Kings, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Kings XI Punjab, Pune Warriors India, Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals fighting for the championship.
