Looks like India’s latest porn import Shanti Dynamite is planning to break a few taboos in the Indian heartland. The actress who is already creating ripples with her bold statements, has now gone ahead and got her nipples pierced (ouch) just for her role in her debut movie, Savita Barbie. Now getting your nipples pierced may be a common occurrence in the West but certainly not often heard of in India. The actress meanwhile is all cool about the new accessory adorning her body. “Nipple piercing offers the most sensuous, sexy and feminine look by increasing the sex appeal of a woman. And it didn’t freak me out at all. I was really happy to do it. It just felt like a good one to get - a necessary one to get,” says Shanti. The idea cropped into Shanti’s mind at Cannes where many people asked her to try out something different and unique for her movie. Being an adult movie actress, Shanti has no inhibitions and feels that she has every right to bare her body parts. As far the nipple piercing goes, Shanti sees it as a form of artistic expression. Well, fortunately or unfortunately, we are sure Indian censors won’t allow any of those piercing to be seen on screen.
