Actor Ravi Kishan, producing and acting in three new Bhojpuri films, says producing is like gambling where you may win and lose like a candidate in an election.
"Producing is like gambling - you win or lose. It's also similar to how a candidate loses or wins the elections. There are several wins and defeats in life - you achieve a lot but also lose sometimes," said Ravi at an event to launch the three films under his banner, Ravikishan Productions.
About the three films, he said, "I'll be acting in them too. There will be a lot of co-actors along with me, numerous actresses and villains."
"We'll make good Bhojpuri entertainment. In between I was making a lot of artistic content but now I'm thinking of entertaining content without any cheapness. That's because even my family watches my films in all the four languages I work in," he added.
One of the film titles is inspired from Ravi's pet line 'Jindagi Jhandva Fir Bhi Ghamandva'. As a contestant on Bigg Boss, he had popularized this line which he is often asked to deliver at every event.
"It's such a good thought that we're making a film on 'Jindagi Jhandva Fir Bhi Ghamandva'. It's a tag line which the whole country says. We got a good script on our hands, so we thought why not make the film."
"It's the story of a self-made man, who maintains his attitude in life despite all the struggles," he said.
He also said the production values of the films will be on par with the standards of Bollywood films and being the producer, he would try his best to make a good film.
Ravi was seen in Hindi film "Miss Tanakpur Haazir Ho" this year and will also be seen in "Mohalla Assi", besides his Bhojpuri projects.
