Ram Gopal Varma's The Attacks of 26/11 to screen at Berlin fest

Ram Gopal Varma's upcoming film The Attacks of 26/11 has been selected to be screened at next year’s Berlin International Film Festival. Producer Parag Sanghvi, of Alumbra Entertainment, has expressed his joy and has said that he is honoured to be part of the prestigious festival. "I am happy that I convinced Ramu to make this film in the first place and it is an honour for us to have our film at the prestigious Berlin Film Festival. It is a matter of prestige for us that we are both in the Panorama as well as the Competition section, and to get invited itself is a very big thing," Sanghvi averred. Just the other day, the Rangeela director shot the hanging of Kasab in his own imaginative way. When approached, a unit member of conditions of anonymity said that the scene sent chills in the spine of bystanders. The Attacks of 26/11 is being produced by Alumbra Entertainment and Eros International and directed by Varma.
