Ram-Leela to open Marrakech International Film Festival

Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Ram-Leela, one of the most anticipated films of the year, will be opening the 13th edition of the Marrakech International Film Festival on 29 November 2013. The movie is said to be an adaptation of Shakespeare's epic love story Romeo and Juliet, set in violent times. It stands by Bhansali’s grandeur and enchanting style of filmmaking. The screening will be attended by director as well as the heroine of the film Deepika Padukone. The film’s trailer and songs have been very well received and the audience seems to be looking forward to watch Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s on-screen chemistry in the contemporary version of Romeo-Juliet through the lens of Bhansali. Eros International is releasing the film.
