A real life female SRK fan needed for King Khan's upcoming movie 'Fan'

Shah Rukh Khan's female fan following is now part of popular folklore but some of these female fans trying to outdo one another as FEMME FATALES to prove that they are the No. 1 fan of SRK is something new! If sources are to be believed, there is a plethora of aspirants, claiming to be die-hard SRK female fans, who are leaving no stone unturned to ensure that they are crowned as the ONE to romance Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan in YRF's next production titled 'Fan' to be directed by Maneesh Sharma. And guess what? The aspirants have not only elevated SRK to a Godly status and are becoming a living embodiment of SRK lore but are also wooing whoever can help them be cast as the new girl opposite the superstar. The first target of all these aspirants is Maneesh, who himself is a big fan of SRK. Maneesh has apparently asked YRF's casting directors to ensure that the new girl, who will bag the role, will have to be real-life die-hard fan of SRK. Anyone ready for a never-ending quiz contest on King Khan? The next target are the casting directors and agents of YRF. Auditions for the same kicked off last month and buzz is that YRF is almost on the verge of finalising the new candidate. And by now the desperate aspirants are chasing both the above wherever they can in whatever manner they can. Insiders reveal that the debutante actress will have not more than four to five scenes with King Khan as the makers are keen on focusing more on SRK for the movie and not the fan of SRK, especially given that the director himself is an SRK fan. However, the aspiring actresses are not bothered about the length of their role simply because they know that the last time SRK worked in a YRF film opposite a new girl, Anushka Sharma emerged on the Bollywood scene and has grown in stature to become a star in her own way! Then there are the ‘know-it-alls’ who have added an interesting tidbit - that apart from being a real life SRK fan, the girl also reportedly needs to be in the league of Deepika and Anushka in terms of height. After all, SRK has a penchant for delivering superhit after superhit with taller actresses. Maneesh, it is believed, will have the final say in the casting but Aditya Chopra and SRK himself will give the supreme nod. We tried contacting YRF's casting head Shanoo Sharma for a confirmation on the same. But despite repeated calls and text, Shanoo remained unavailable for comment even though she is often spotted at WTF Seven Bungalows, Versova chilling away to wash off the after-effects of over-zealous SRK fans. Last heard, the FEMME FANS were trying to extract information from the assistants of both the Sharmas (Maneesh and Shanoo). Well, some people have all the luck while others have luck thrust upon them!
