Release of Aamir Khan's P.K. shifted to Christmas this year

Strange things keep happening in Bollywood. While release of some films is pre-poned, the release of a selected few is postponed. A similar case seems to be with Vinod Chopra Films and Rajkumar Hirani’s P.K. The release of the film that would be distributed by Disney UTV Motion Studios has been postponed from 6 June to Christmas 2014, reads a statement from Disney UTV. Here it may be noted that earlier Aamir Khan has delivered huge blockbusters on his Christmas release be it Ghajini, 3 Idiots or Dhoom 3, his highest grossing film ever.
