Sadak 2: Alia Bhatt mutes Twitter comments as she shares the first look poster

Alia Bhatt has shared the first look poster of Sadak 2 on her social media handles.

MUMBAI: Disney + Hotstar announced that they were going to bring Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Abhishek Bachchan, Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan together for a live session called ‘Bollywood Ki Home Delivery’ and well, to everyone's surprise, the cat is finally out of the bag and they have announced seven Bollywood movies that will be releasing on this OTT platform, starting with Sushant's Dil Bechara on July 24. With this announcement, Alia Bhatt, along with her father and maker of the film, Mahesh Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapur shared the first look poster of Sadak 2 on her Instagram handle. However, the film didn't receive the kind of love which was expected but instead received hatred on social media.

The moment the first look poster was released, netizens started trolling them while some simply said that they will boycott this film. One user commented on Mahesh Bhatt's post, relating it to Sushant Singh Rajput's demise, "When you put END to someone's life intensionally, you'll soon release your END." While another one wrote how he is going to boycott this film, "Sorry after all these popping truths at least I m boycotting." There was another one who wrote, "Dude no ones gonna watch Tharki Mahesh bhatts movie." As the trio was receiving flak for their film, Alia muted her comment section on Twitter and it is also limited on Instagram.

While sharing the first look on her feed, she backed it with, "A love story that began 29 yrs ago now journeys towards a new horizon.
