Salman Khan starrer Kick to be released on Eid 2014

The Khans of Bollywood especially Salman Khan and Shah Rukh have had a great run during the holy festival of Eid. The festival has proved to be extremely lucrative to these two superstars who have delivered some of their biggest blockbusters during Eid. While SRK has Chennai Express to his credit, Salman has Ek Tha Tiger and Bodyguard which raked in a lot of moolah on account of its Eid release. Come next year, Salman Khan's ambitious project Kick helmed by his close friend Sajid Nadiadwala is all set to be released during Eid next year. For the uninitiated, Salman's tryst with Eid began not with Wanted as is popularly believed but with Sajid Nadiadwala's 1997 blockbuster Judwa which was released during Diwali. The pair is looking forward to recreating the same blockbuster magic after almost 16 years. Salman has already completed the London leg of shooting for the film and is currently shooting in Mumbai for the other half. Looks like if 2013 was SRK's year, 2014 could well be Salman’s.
