MUMBAI : Heeramandi actress Sanjeeda Shaikh had received a lot of praise from the audience for her stunning performance in the series.
In a recent interview the actress was asked about her role in the movie ‘Fighter’ which is directed by Siddharth Anand and released earlier this year.

The film also starred Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor.
Sanjeeda who is a part of the film but for the limited screen time has recently spoken about the same in an interview. She said, "I'm a very secure actor or, you can also say, I'm a secure individual. The duration of the role surely matters, but making an impact in a limited time frame is also important, and I consider myself blessed to do that with Fighter.”
The actress further said, “Even with Heeramandi, I wasn't sure at the start what the duration of my role was going to be, but, as I started shooting, Sanjay sir was an excellent mentor and the final product is for everyone to watch."
Her latest series ‘Heeramandi’ released on May 1 and is now streaming on Netflix.
She had worked with Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Richa Chadha and Sharmin Segal in the lead.
