It is worth noting that Sarfira is a Hindi remake of Soorarai Pottru, a 2020 movie starring Suriya. The trailer of Sarfira looked good and got a great response. Sarfira is directed by Sudha Kongara and has finally hit the theatres.
While the reviews are mostly positive for the movie, let's look at the business aspect of the movie. The movie’s opening day collections were around Rs 2.40 Cr. Meanwhile, the worldwide collections were around Rs 11.3 Cr.
The movie picked up it's pace later. On day 7, the movie collected around Rs 1.2 Cr. It made a worldwide collection of Rs 25.27 Cr.
