MUMBAI: There is a big revelation in businessman Raj Kundra’s pornography case. Earlier it was reported that Mumbai Police Crime Branch filed a lengthy supplementary chargesheet against Shilpa Shetty’s husband in the pretext of pornography case. Now, the reports suggest that Raj Kunra has founded Hotshot, an internet platform, with the goal of distributing pornographic content.
The revelation was a part of his business partner's confessional statement, which is now mentioned in the cops' additional charge sheet. Raj Kundra was arrested in July of this year for his involvement in allegedly creating pornographic movies. The high-profile case was filed in a Mumbai magistrate court. It also includes a number of other accused and a 1,500-page charge sheet.

Armsprime Ltd, of which Kundra and Saurabh Kushwaha were directors, created the Hotshot app. Kundra resigned as an Armsprime director the day before the sale, and Hotshot was sold to UK-based Kenrin Ltd.
A forensic assessment of the income earned by Hotshot also demonstrates money laundering. Even before Armsprime sold the company, the funds were redirected to Kenrin's account at Lloyds Bank in the United Kingdom via Google and Apple apps.
According to TOI, the charge sheet reveals that Kundra was the director of Armsprime and played a pivotal role in the sales of the Hotshot app and its mode of payment.
The chargesheet details mentioned, “ The revenues generated from the Hotshot app from August 2015 to December 2020 were transferred by Google and Apple Inc to the bank account of Kenrin maintained with Lloyds Bank in the UK instead of Armsprime Indian account. This indicated that the revenues that were earned and accrued on sale of the Hotshot app were diverted and laundered to Kenrin Ltd’s UK bank account during the directorship of Kundra in Armsprime Ltd.”
Actress Shilpa Shetty is also a witness in the chargesheet. The actress has denied about knowing anything related to Raj Kundra’s pornography case. She also claims that she was preoccupied and never inquired about the nature of his profession.
