MUMBAI: Aamir Khan, a perfectionist in Bollywood, is said to have bought a new home in Mumbai. In the same complex where he owns many residential units, the actor reportedly bought a property in the Bandra area of Mumbai, according to a story in Zoom Entertainment. According to registration records that SquareYards.com was able to see and analyze, Aamir has invested Rs 9.75 crore in the property.

Aamir Khan reportedly paid a registration cost of Rs 30,000 and stamp duty of Rs 58 lakh for the property, according to a story in the popular news portal. Additionally, the article notes that the Bella Vista Apartments in Pali Hill are the location of the deal, which finished on June 25. In addition to owning apartments in the nearby Marina Apartments complex, Aamir owns nine of the 24 flats.
Aamir's ex-wives including Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao also stay in the same complex and right now the property has been slated for redevelopment and the new property is spread across approximately 1,027 square feet.
According to Housing.com, Aamir is the proud owner of two properties: a luxurious apartment on Carter Road in Mumbai and a farmhouse in Panchgani. He has real estate in Uttar Pradesh as well. Aamir's new home faces the sea, is two stories tall, and features a sizable open space. In Shahabad, Uttar Pradesh's Hardoi district, Aamir also owns 22 homes.
Aamir's most recent film appearance was in Laal Singh Chaddha. Laapata Ladies, his most recent production, was popular with the crowd. He has Sitaare Zameen Par, which will be released around Christmas.
