MUMBAI: Sonu Nigam is one of the most talented singers of Bollywood who has a number of hit songs to his credit. The ace singer has done playback singing for some of the biggest stars of Bollywood.
We all know that Sonu has judged many reality shows over the years and has always appreciated the new talents and aspiring singers. He has been an incredible mentor to them.
Sonu had judged a popular singing reality show X-Factor alongside Bollywood's most renowned singer Shreya Ghoshal and ace director Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
During one of the audition rounds, one of the participants Jubin Nautiyal sang the song Tujhe Bhula Diya which was originally sung by Mohit Chauhan.
While Shreya and Bhansali found Jubin had the potential to do well, Sonu had a completely different opinion. In fact, Sonu was the one who rejected him and thought he is not suitable for it. But with two positive votes, Jubin made it to the next round.
It is interesting to know how Jubin has established himself as one of the most popular singers of Bollywood.
He has sung songs for various movies and TV shows. He also sang in many Indian languages.
