MUMBAI: The SSR case saw another twist today, as Rhea launched a complaint against SSR’s sister. She alleged that his sister used a fake prescription to give psychiatric drugs to him.
Now, SSR’s family lawyer held a press conference and countered the actress' complaint. As per Times Now, he has said that the complaint is not valid as the Mumbai Police cannot interfere in it and any complain related to it has to be handled by the CBI.
He also said that the complaint is under the telemedical guidelines by Medical Council. Hence, in the complaint, the police have no jurisdiction. The complaint itself is a punishable offence. It is an attempt to divert attention.

He also mentioned that if the Mumbai Police accepts the complaint, then it’ll be considered a contempt of court, and then, they will proceed accordingly.
