MUMBAI: Maddock Horror Comedy Universe started with the release of Stree featuring Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee Aparshakti Khurana and some more. The movie was directed by Dinesh Vijan and released in 2018.
The movie introduced the audience to the genre of horror comedy in the best way and garnered a huge amount of love from the audience. The movie also became a favorite for many meme-creators online and thanks to this, there was a huge buzz for the movie even after its release.
Soon there came some more movies like Bhediya starring Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon, Roohi starring Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor and recently released Munjya starring Abhay Verma, Sharvari and Mona Singh. Munjya being the recent release from the MHCU, it gave us good hints for both Bhediya and Stree 2.
After the makers dropped the teaser of Stree 2, the audience went crazy as they got to watch Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor and also got a small glimpse of Tamannaah Bhatia. Laters, the makers dropped the trailer of the movie which totally took the audience by surprise, leaving everyone amazed.

Varun Dhawan
When people got to watch Munjya, they got hints for both Stree 2 and Bhediya. This gave away an obvious conclusion that Stree 2 will feature a cameo of Vaun Dhawan. Even though this hasn’t been confirmed yet, the fans are waiting for it.
Kriti Sanon
Yes Kriti’s character ended in Bheduya but given the timeline of Stree 2, it seems like Kriti Sanon might make a cameo appearance and it might also be before her part in Bhediya when he loses her life.
Tamannaah Bhatia
Tamannaah Bhatia’s small glimpse in the teaser took the audience by strom and after the trailer released, the audience got to watch how Tamannaah Bhatia is going to spread her magic. While we got to saw her doing an item number, it is still a possibility that the actress could be a part of something bigger.
Akshay Kumar
While there are confirmed reports about Akshay Kumar’s cameo in Stree 2, there are fans who are now waiting to watch Akshay Kumar once again in his Dr. Aditya avatar.
Vicky Kaushal
For some reason, there is a small fraction of fans who are not just wishing but also suspecting that Vicky Kaushal might make a cameo appearance and would also be a part of the forthcoming movie Thama which will also be a part of the Maddock Horror Comedy Universe.
Ayushmann Khurrana
There were reports earlier that Ayushmann has signed a movie which is going to be a part of MHCU. While it is not confirmed, the fans are surely excited to watch Rajkummar Rao once again with Ayushmann Khurrana after they worked together for the first time in ‘Bareily Ki Barfi’.
While the list of the actors look pretty convincing, it will be interesting to see whether these actors really make a cameo appearance or not.
