MUMBAI: Veteran actor Dharmendra's passing on November 24th left a profound void, and the subsequent days saw his family carry out solemn rites.
Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol travelled to Haridwar, accompanied by heavy security, to immerse the legendary actor's ashes in the Ganga.

Several viral videos from the VIP Ghat show the visibly emotional family members, dressed in white robes, embracing after completing the Asthi Visarjan ritual.
The family, including Karan Deol, had arrived at the Pilibhit House, where the ashes were kept, before departing immediately for the airport after the immersion.
Dharmendra’s last rites were done on Wednesday, whereas the family had arrived on Tuesday.

Despite a brief discharge and improvement, his death occurred on November 24th, 2025
His final rites were conducted that day and saw attendance from numerous film celebrities, including Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Salman Khan.
